How to Find Your Grill's Firmware in the Traeger App

If you've connected your WiFIRE-enabled grill to WiFi and paired it with the Traeger app, you can easily find it's current firmware and config versions in the app.

  1. Open the Traeger app.
  2. Tap the grill icon in the middle of the bottom task bar.

  3. If you have multiple grills, select which grill you want.
  4. On your grill's dashboard, tap, Settings.

  5. Your firmware version is listed next to FIRMWARE.

D2 Grills

  1. Select, MENU
  2. Select, SETTINGS

Touchscreen Grills

Touchscreen WiFIRE Grill Controller
  1. Go to your grill's Main Menu

  2. Scroll to and select, ABOUT GRILL

  3. The About Grill page shows the grill's firmware and config versions. About Grill screen listing the grill's UUID, Display version, Software version, and Connectivity version.
     
Westwood Series

Westwood Series WiFIRE Grill Controller

Westwood Series grill's firmware version can only be found in the Traeger app. It cannot be viewed on the grill's controller.
 

Woodridge Series

  1. Turn on the grill and press and hold the menu button

  2. The current firmware version will be displayed on the screen.
