How to Track Your Traeger.com Order
You can view your order's status in two ways:
- Track your order via your order confirmation email
- Track your order directly from Traeger.com
Track Your Order Using Your Order Confirmation Email
Your order confirmation email contains a link that will take you directly to your tracking information.
- Find and open your order confirmation email.
- From: Traeger <info@traegergrills.com>
- Subject: Confirmation of your Order.
- In the email, find, "TRACK YOUR ORDER:" and click on the link next to it.
You will be redirected to https://www.traeger.com/order-tracking. - Enter the email used to place the order and the order number, which you can find in the order summary in your confirmation email. Click, "VIEW ORDER."
- Your order's status will appear above the items in your order.
- If your order is being sent in multiple shipments, your order's items will be separated and a corresponding status will appear for each shipment. Digital items that aren't shipped (e.g. gift cards) will not have a status, but will say, "DIGITAL ORDER."

Track Your Order on Traeger.com with an Order Number
If the link in your order confirmation email doesn't work for whatever reason, you can track your order directly on Traeger.com.
- Visit, https://www.traeger.com/order-tracking.
- Enter the email addressed associated with the account used to place the order and your order number
- You can find your Order Number in your confirmation email.
- You can find your Order Number in your confirmation email.
- See your order status!
Track Your Order on Traeger.com without an Order Number
Can't find your order confirmation email to get your order number? You can find your order's status by logging into your account on Traeger.com.
- Navigate to https://www.traeger.com.
- Log in to your Traeger.com account by clicking the profile icon at the top-right of the navigation bar.
- Select, "Order History."
- Find the order you want to track, and click, "ORDER DETAILS."
- Find your order's status.
