Applicable Grills

Steps

  1. Confirm the grill is on the current firmware version and update your grill if needed.
  2. Confirm if the grill is operating in below-freezing temperatures.
    • If the grill is operating in freezing weather, you will see reduced performance. In addition, there is potential for damage to the electronics.

If the message appears when the ambient temperature is not freezing, contact Customer Support.
