What to Do
Step 1: Check the Power Source
- Make sure the grill is plugged into a working outlet.
- Test the outlet with a high-power appliance (like a blow dryer or toaster).
Avoid phone chargers—they don’t draw enough power. - If the outlet doesn’t work, check your home wiring, circuit breaker, or GFCI outlet.
- If the outlet works, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Test the Power Button
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
- If the grill powers on but shuts off when you release the button, continue to Step 3.
Step 3: Look for Moisture or Debris
- Check the button area for moisture or dirt.
- Wipe gently with a dry cloth.
Pro Tip: Use a grill cover and store your grill in a dry place during heavy rain or snow.
Step 4: Power Cycle & Re-Test
- After cleaning, power cycle the grill.
- Press and release the power button:
- If the grill stays on, you’re good to go!
- If it shuts off again, the power button likely needs replacing. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
Extra Tip: If your grill was exposed to snow followed by rain, remove the power button and let it dry in a warm area before reinstalling. This may fix the issue temporarily.
