Connecting a Grill After Moving or New ISP/Router

Whenever you move homes, change routers, or switch internet service providers (ISP), you'll need to reconnect your grill. This article walks through best practices to help provide a smoother connection experience.

1. Use the Grill's Forget Network Function

2. Remove the Grill from the App

  1. Click on the grill icon at the bottom of the app homepage.
  2. Click your grill's name at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the three dots on the right side of the selected grill.
  4. Click, Remove Grill.

3. Check Your Home WiFi Setup

Walk through the checklist found in Home WiFi Setup

  • This checklist includes password restrictions information and checking Firewalls, VPNs & Additional Security Measures.
  • Once you've confirmed your Home WiFi has been set up correctly to pair your grill successfully, continue pairing.

4. Connect and Pair the Grill

Follow the pairing steps linked below that match the type of grill you have:
