After moving to a new location, Follow the steps below to reconnect your grill to the new Wi-Fi.
Check the Home WiFi Setup
Walk through the checklist found in Home WiFi Setup. the checklist includes password restrictions information and checking Firewalls, VPNs & Additional Security Measures.
Once the Home WiFi has been set up correctly, continue pairing.
Remove the Grill from the App
- Click on the grill icon at the bottom of the app homepage.
- Click your grill's name at the top of the screen.
- Click the three dots on the right side of the selected grill.
- Click, Remove Grill.
Forget the Network
Forget Network on a WiFIRE Grill
When forgetting a network to add/change to a new network follow the steps below:
- On the controller, press the Menu button.
- Scroll down to WiFi Information and press knob to confirm.
- Scroll down to Forget Network and press knob to confirm.
- Confirm the grill forgot the previously connected network by making sure the WiFi Information is blank.
- Wi-Fi Reset is available on some D2 Grills.
Forget Network on a Touchscreen Timberline/Ironwood
- On the display, go to the main menu and select, WiFIRE CONNECTIVITY.
- Select, WIFI INFO.
- Tap, FORGET NETWORK.
- Tap, YES, to confirm you want to forget the network.
- Success! You have removed the network, and the grill is ready to connect to a new WiFi network.
