Now, Traeger grills come with either an RTD or a Thermocouple, depending on which grill you have. For the grills that use them, a Dome Thermometer sits nicely on top of your smoker or inside the warming drawer below. It’s easy to read and simple to install, plus it shows both Fahrenheit and Celsius so you can be sure your grill is at the right temperature for your meal.

Dome Thermometer Replacement Steps
- Find the nut securing the dome thermometer to the grill and remove the nut.
- Remove the dome thermometer from the outside.
- Replace with the new dome thermometer.
- Screw on the replacement nut to secure in place.
