  • x4 hexagon rivnut 1/4-20
  • x6 1/4-20 x .500 screws

  • Phillip's screwdriver

Hopper Service Panel Replacement Steps

Estimated Time to Complete

  • Approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Removing the Old Panel

  1. Power off and unplug the grill.
  2. Remove the x6 screws from the hopper service panel on the side of the hopper in the following order:
    1. Remove x2 screws on the back of the panel by the vents first.

    2. Remove x2 screws on the bottom of the panel second.

    3. Remove x2 screws on the side of the panel last.

      Hold on to the panel with one hand to prevent it from falling when removing the last screws.

    4. Remove panel.

Installing the New Panel

  1. Replace the hopper service panel using the x6 screws.
    • Install the x2 screws on the side panel, followed by the x2 screws on the bottom, and lastly the x2 screws on the back of the panel.
    • Make sure the top part and the back of the panel go inside the hopper enclosure.
  2. Plug in grill.
