Replacing a Westwood Series Side Shelf

•  x4 1/4 bolt lock washer
• x2 1/4-20 hexagon Rivnut
•  x1 1/4 split lock washer 
• x1 flat washer
•  x1 P-THS 1/4-20x5/8"

Side Shelf Replacement Steps

Estimated Time to Complete

• Approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Removing the Old Side Shelf

1. Turn off the grill and unplug from power.
2. Remove the grease bucket from the grease bucket clip and set aside.
3. Remove the x4 screws holding the side shelf to the grill barrel.
   • There are 2 screws on each side of the shelf.
   • Remove the top screw on each side, followed by the bottom screw on each side.
   • Hold on to the shelf while removing the bottom screws to prevent the shelf from falling.
     
4. Remove the shelf from the grill.

Installing the New Side Shelf

1. Put the new shelf in place, lining up the screw holes.
2. Replace the x4 screws (x2 on each side).
   • Replace the top screw on each side, followed by the bottom screw.
3. Replace the grease bucket on the grease bucket clip.
