Flickering Screen
Symptoms
- Controller screen is flickering when on.
Cause
- This issue is most often caused by a poor connection somewhere on the controller.
Resolution
- Check the grills power source.
- Make sure the power cord is secured to the grill.
- If the customer is using an extension cord or power strip, ask them to plug the grill directly into an outlet.
- Check the wiring connections on the back of the controller.
- Turn off and unplug the grill.
- Remove the four screws that hold the controller in place.
- Disconnect and reconnect all wiring connections.
- Plug in and power on the grill. Power on the controller and see if the screen continues to flicker.
- If flickering continues after confirming power and wiring connections are secure, contact customer service.
