Issue: Loose Power Cord Connection

If your power cord feels loose or doesn’t stay securely connected to the grill—even after pushing it in—follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Steps to Take

  1. Ensure the cord is fully inserted.
Push the power cord firmly into the connection port.
  2. Apply extra pressure if needed.
It may require a strong push to fully seat the cord. Press with more force than you might expect.

Resolution

In most cases, a loose connection is resolved by pushing the cord in very firmly until it clicks or feels secure.

If the cord still won’t stay connected after applying firm pressure, the issue may be with the cord itself. In rare cases, replacing the power cord is necessary. Contact customer service for assistance.
