The hot rod service panel on new Timberlines and Ironwoods holds the hot rod and the flame sensor, both of which are replaced with a new hot rod service panel.

Replacing a Hot Rod Service Panel
TOOLS NEEDED
- Phillips screwdriver
- Turn off and unplug the grill.
- From underneath the grill on the right side, find the hot rod service panel.
- Remove the four screws securing the hot rod service panel in place.
- The hot rod service panel will drop down.
- Disconnect the the two molex connections for the hot rod and the flame sensor.
- Connect the new hot rod and flame sensor connections.
- Place the new hot rod service panel back in the grill and secure using the four Phillips screws.
