Symptoms
- When setting the temp during ignition, the temperature jumps around on the controller. If the knob is stuck, you will not be able to:
- Confirming a set temperature to ignite
- Selecting menu items
- Other functions requiring knob interaction
- The temperature goes up and down erratically.
Resolution
- Check to see if the controller knob is stuck (i.e. it cannot be pressed like a button).
