What to Do

1. Check the connection points to the controller:

  1. Turn off and unplug the grill from power.
  2. Open the hopper lid and remove the x2 screws from the controller trim, keeping the controller installed in the trim.

  3. Remove x2 screws from the lower portion of the controller trim at the front of the grill.

    • For the Woodridge Elite grill. remove the filler panel underneath the controller by removing the X4 screws.
  4. Carefully lift up the controller and trim belt. Unplug the connections and plug them back in to ensure a good connection.

  5. Place the controller and trim assembly onto the grill, making sure that all the wires are tucked in the cavity behind the controller.
  6. Attach the controller trim to the grill using 2x 1/4-20 X 1/2" screws inside the hopper and 2x 1/4-20 X 1/2" screws on the outside below the controller (4x total).
    • Attach the filler panel underneath the controller on a Woodridge Elite.

2. Power Cycle the Grill

  • Try this at least twice
