What is the Adaptor Kit?

The adaptor kit consists of 4 brackets and 2 screws. Older grills had a box-style heat baffle which has since been updated to a mustache-style heat baffle. The adaptor kit is used to accommodate the new style of heat baffle in older grills.

When is it Necessary to Use the Adaptor Kit?

Non-Connected grills manufactured before spring of 2023 had a box-style heat baffle. This box style heat baffle has been replaced with a mustache-style heat baffle. In order for the new style of heat baffle to fit grills produced prior to spring 2023, an adaptor kit is needed.
