Leg Replacement Steps
Before Performing Any Replacement Steps:
- Turn burner knobs to OFF position, close the propane tank, and disconnect the regulator
- Remove the propane tank and set it aside
- Remove grease keg
- Open the lid and remove the cooktop

With the help of another person, rotate the grill upside down.
Pro Tip: To prevent scratches on the lid, put a blanket or cardboard down. - Remove the x4 caster wheels by turning them counterclockwise until they come out (lock the caster wheel prior to spinning them).
- Remove the propane tank retainer by removing the x1 screw and washer and sliding the retainer out.
- Remove the x8 screws and washers (2 on each leg) that hold the bottom shelf to the legs.
- Pull the bottom shelf off.
- Remove the x4 screws & x4 washers on the leg being replaced.
- Place the new leg, line up screw holes, and replace x4 screws and washers.
- Place the bottom shelf on the legs and replace the x8 screws and washers (2 on each leg).
- Replace the caster wheels by turning them clockwise until they are fully in (lock the caster wheels before doing this step).
- Replace the propane tank retainer by sliding it in and replacing the x1 screw and washer.
- With the help of another person, turn the grill upright.
- Replace the cooktop and the grease keg.
- Replace the propane tank.
- Reattach the regulator hose to the propane tank.
Caster Wheel Replacement Steps
