Applicable Grills

 Steps

  1. Prepare the grill:

    • Ensure the grill is cool and finished with its shutdown cycle.

    • Ensure there are pellets in the hopper, add pellets to the hopper (if needed).

    • Open grill and remove the grates, drip tray, and manifold.

  2. Set the temp and ignite the grill.
  3. Check to ensure there are pellets feeding into the firepot:

    • If the pellets are not feeding into the firepot, run the auger priming cycle.

      • Manual Auger Priming Function

While the Woodridge Series grill does not have a "Prime Auger" function, there is a way to clear any pellets from the auger tube or fill the auger with pellets after running out of them.

        1. Make sure the grill is idle and cool.
        2. Remove grill grates, drip tray, and heat baffle.

        5. The auger will begin to move, and the screen will display the auger moving animation.

    • Check pellet quality. Pellets should be shiny and snap easily.
  4. Check to see if the pellets are smoking.
  5. If pellets are not smoking, remove the auger box panel:
    • Unscrew the 10 screws from the auger box (2 on each end, 3 along both sides).
