Note: Latest FW Version has removed the 0010: Ignitor not Detected error. If you are getting this error, it is most likely due to the grill being on outdated firmware.

Check your grill's firmware to make sure it's on the latest version.
- Update firmware to latest version by powering on the grill and leaving it on standby while connected to WiFIRE.
- Once updated Power Cycle the grill.
- Turn off the grill using the power button on the front of the grill and unplug the grill.
- Ensure the grill is off for 30 seconds.
- Plug in the grill and turn it on.
- Once on latest version
- If a grill cannot ignite, it will stay in the Ignition state for 24 minutes until throwing the Failed to Ignite Error (ER0007). See 0007: Grill Failed to Ignite.
- If grill can ignite, and it gets to temperature, but then drops in temperature during the cook, it will throw a Low Temperature Error (ER0002) if the grill stays below 120F for 15 minutes.
- If a grill cannot ignite, and you receive the following errors while being on FW 01.04.00, contact Customer Support.
- Ignitor Error ER0010, Ignitor Disconnected Error, Ignitor not Recognized, or Ignitor Error Detected.

Prepare the grill:

Ensure the grill is cool and finished with its shutdown cycle.

Ensure there are pellets in the hopper, add pellets to the hopper (if needed).

Open grill and remove the grates, drip tray, and manifold.

- Set the temp and ignite the grill.
-
Check to ensure there are pellets feeding into the firepot:
-
If the pellets are not feeding into the firepot, run the auger priming cycle.

Manual Auger Priming Function
While the Woodridge Series grill does not have a "Prime Auger" function, there is a way to clear any pellets from the auger tube or fill the auger with pellets after running out of them.
- Make sure the grill is idle and cool.
- Remove grill grates, drip tray, and heat baffle.
- Make sure the firepot is not full of pellets.
- With the grill in idle (display showing ---F), press and hold both ignite/shutdown button and the selection dial.
- The auger will begin to move, and the screen will display the auger moving animation.

Allow enough time for pellets to go from the hopper to the firepot.
- Check pellet quality. Pellets should be shiny and snap easily.

- Check to see if the pellets are smoking.

If pellets are not smoking, remove the auger box panel:
- Unscrew the 10 screws from the auger box (2 on each end, 3 along both sides).
- Unscrew the 10 screws from the auger box (2 on each end, 3 along both sides).

Check the ignitor connection to the motherboard:

Unplug and plug it back in to the motherboard.

Set temp and ignite the grill:

If the pellets still are not smoking after grill is plugged back in and ignited, replace the ignitor.

If replacing the ignitor does not fix the issue, contact customer service.
