The model and serial number can be found on the back of the grill skirt. The serial number is the number on the barcode sticker. The model number is the "SKU NUMBER."

Heat Distribution on Flatrock Grills

The Flatrock grills feature 2 U-Burners which distribute propane gas to heat the cooktop. The U-shape allows for a much more even distribution of heat across the entire cooktop surface than traditional straight-shaped burners. Flamelock Construction

Flamelock™ Construction is one of the key advantages of the Flatrock’s 2‑Zone cooking system. It’s designed to give you better heat control and more efficient cooking.

Here’s how it works:
The cooktop is recessed down inside the grill’s cook cavity. By sitting lower, the cooktop is naturally shielded from wind and exposed airflow. This locks in heat where you need it—right under your food.
