Where is the Motherboard Located?The motherboard is located behind a black metal plate underneath the Flatrock.

Replacement Steps
Before Performing Any Replacement Steps:
- Unplug the grill from power, close the propane tank and disconnect the regulator hose
- Remove the grease keg

Remove the 2 screws holding the panel shut.
Pro Tip: These screws can be removed by hand - no screwdriver needed. - Unscrew and remove the green ground wire.
- Unplug all the Molex connectors.
- Remove the 2 screws from the 9V Spark Ignitor Module.
- Remove the 3 screws from the corners of the motherboard and take motherboard out of plastic plate.
- Place new motherboard in plastic plate and screw in the 3 corner screws.
- Reattach 9V Spark Ignitor Module.
- Reconnect all Molex connections.
- Reattach green grounding wire.
- Close panel and hand screw the 2 screws in to hold in place.
- Replace grease keg.
- Reconnect the regulator hose, turn propane on, plug flat top grill back in.
