Tools Needed
- Phillips Screwdriver
- 3/4" Wrench
Pro Tip: Having a second person available to help lay the grill on its back is recommended.
Caster Wheel Replacement Steps
Estimated Time to Complete
- 5 minutes
Before Performing Any Replacement Steps:
- Unplug the grill from power, close the propane tank and disconnect the regulator hose
- Remove the cooktop, grease chute and grease bucket
- Remove the propane tank and close the grill lid

With the help of another person, rotate grill upside down.
Important: Don't lay the grill on it's back as it can ruin power panel. You can tilt the grill on its back as you rotate it, but try not to put the full weight of the grill on power panel. - Remove the caster wheels by rotating the wheel base counter-clockwise.
- Install the new wheels by screwing them into the leg.
- Flip the grill over with a friend.
- Level griddle using a size 19 (3/4") wrench to adjust wheel height up to 1/2".
- Do not adjust more than 1/2".
- Reinstall the propane tank, grease chute, grease bucket, and close the lid.
Leg Replacement Steps

Before Performing Any Replacement Steps:
- Unplug the grill from power, close the propane tank and disconnect the regulator hose
- Remove the cooktop, grease chute and grease bucket
- Remove the propane tank and close the grill lid

You can tilt the grill on its back as you rotate it, but try not to put the full weight of the grill on power panel. - Remove the leg brace holding the legs together by unscrewing the 4 Phillips-head screws (2 on front leg, and 2 on back leg).
- Unscrew the 2 bolts holding the leg on.
- Slide the old leg out.
- Install new leg with 2 screws, 4 washers, and 2 nuts.
- Reinstall the leg brace by screwing the 4 Phillips-head screws (2 on front leg, and 2 on back leg).
- Flip the grill over with a friend.
- Reinstall the propane tank, grease chute, grease bucket, and close the lid.

- Place the new leg brace into place between the two legs.
- If replacing the brace that holds the propane tank, install the tank brace hardware.
- If replacing the brace that holds the propane tank, install the tank brace hardware.
- Install the new leg brace by screwing the 4 Phillips-head screws (2 on front leg, and 2 on back leg.
- If replacing the brace that holds the propane tank, install the propane tank brace.
- If replacing the brace that holds the propane tank, install the propane tank brace.
- Flip the grill over with a friend.
- Reinstall the propane tank, grease chute, grease bucket, and close the lid.
