Symptoms of an ER49 Error
The grill displays ER49 on the controller and the Traeger app displays Failed to Get Certificate from the Server.
Common Causes
This error is caused when the grill successfully connects to the router and the internet but is not finishing the process of linking to the cloud.
How to Resolve an ER49 Error
- Forget the WiFi network on the grill.
- Power cycle the grill.
- Try connecting again.
