This article explains what to do on the rare occasion that you receive a duplicate or wrong shipment.
Received the Wrong Item or Items Missing from Order
If your order arrived with an incorrect item, follow these steps below:
Refuse the shipment, if possible (applicable only to freight shipments over 150 lbs.)
- Contact Traeger Support to report the incorrect order and get the correct product shipped.
In rare situations, a customer may receive duplicate shipments. If you receive a duplicate order, you are NOT responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact Traeger's Customer Support.
