Looking to track your Traeger.com order? Let's walk you through it...
To track your Traeger.com order, you'll need either your order confirmation email OR access to your Traeger.com account.
Step 1: Get to the Order Tracking Page
Choose whichever is easiest for you:
- Click "TRACK YOUR ORDER" in your order confirmation email
- Go directly to traeger.com/order-tracking
- Log in at traeger.com (profile icon, top right) and select "Order History"
Step 2: View Your Order Status
If you used the email tracking link or went to traeger.com/order-tracking: Enter your order number and email address, then click "VIEW ORDER"
- Can't find your order number? Check your order confirmation email or log into your Traeger.com account to find it in Order History.
If you logged into your account: Click "ORDER DETAILS" on the order you want to track
Your order status will appear at the top. Orders with multiple shipments will show separate tracking for each package.
Orders with Multiple Shipments
If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, each shipment will have its own tracking status.
