The ER41 error occurs when multiple Bluetooth probes are detected during pairing. The grill displays an error message and a notification in the Traeger app. To resolve, remove only one probe from the dock, ensure others are properly seated, and wait a few minutes for docked probes to stop appearing on the grill.
What Causes the Error?
While trying to pair a Bluetooth probe (TXM), multiple probes were found in the scan.
Symptoms
Error message ER41 will appear on the grill's screen.
If the grill is connected to the Traeger app, you will see the following notification:
What To Do
- Ensure that only one probe is removed from the dock while trying to pair a probe
- Make sure any other probes are properly seated on the charging pins on the docking station.
- Ensure that the probes in the dock have been left in the docking station for a couple minutes so that they are no longer showing up on the grill.
