The grease management system in Traeger's flat top grills consists of the following components:
- Grease chute
- EZ-Clean Grease Keg
- Keg liner
Grease Chute
The grease chute is the part of the grill that safely funnels grease and debris from the cooktop into the EZ-Clean grease keg.
Cleaning a Grease Chute
The grease chute can be removed and washed in the dishwasher -- just remember to replace it before your next cook!

EZ-Clean Grease Keg & Liners
The EZ-Clean grease keg collects grease, oil and debris that is channeled from the cooktop through the grease chute.
- Grease Keg Liner: BAC608
Cleaning a Grease Keg
- Slide out the EZ-Clean Grease Keg with keg liner.
- Empty and discard the keg liner.
- Line the EZ-Clean Grease Keg with a new liner and slide it back into the bracket on the bottom of the Flat Top Grill (you will feel it “drop” into place when installed fully).
