Order Cancellation
- To cancel an order placed on Traeger.com, please contact Customer Support within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be processed according to our Standard Return Policy and may be subject to restocking and/or return shipping fees.
- We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
- For orders placed through authorized online retailers, cancellations, and returns must follow the retailer’s specific policies. Please contact the place of purchase.
Payment Authorization
- Your card will not be charged until at least half of your order has shipped. Before this, you may see a pending transaction (authorization) on your bank statement.
- If the order is cancelled before shipping, this authorization will automatically disappear within 3-8 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
