If you place your order online and decide it’s not for you, please contact Customer Support within 24 hours of purchasing. How long do I have after placing my order to request a cancellation?
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be processed according to our Standard Return Policy and may be subject to restocking and/or return shipping fees.
Can I cancel an order placed through another online retailer (not traeger.com)?
- For orders placed through authorized online retailers, cancellations, and returns must follow the retailer’s specific policies. Please contact the place of purchase.
My order already shipped. Can I still request a cancellation?
- We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
When will my card be charged?
- Your card will not be charged until at least half of your order has shipped.
I see a pending transaction on my account. Will this go away?
- Before your order ships, you may see a pending transaction (authorization) on your bank statement. If the order is cancelled before shipping, this authorization will automatically disappear within 3-8 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
