Double-Check Your Boxes: Your IronTop's burner knobs come in a separate small rectangular box inside the main packaging. The knobs may be overlooked and get discarded with the rest of the box contents.

Look for a small rectangular box inside the larger box. The knobs are packaged separately which can make them easy to miss.
