- Blanket or Cardboard

Replacement Steps
Before Performing Any Replacement Steps:
- Turn burner knobs to OFF position, close the propane tank, and disconnect the regulator
- Remove the grease bucket
- Open the lid and remove the cooktop
Remove Old Bottom Shelf
- Remove the x2 screws on each lid bracket.
- Lift the lid off.

With the help of another person, gently set the grill on its back.
Pro Tip: Place a blanket or piece of cardboard on the ground to prevent the grill from getting scratched. - Remove the x2 screws hooking the shelf to the legs from each corner of the bottom shelf.
- Remove the bottom shelf.
Install New Bottom Shelf
- Place the new shelf on the grill, lining up the screw holes on each leg.
- Replace the x2 screws on each leg.
- With the help of another person, stand the grill up.
- Place the lid onto the grill body in the open position.
- Replace the x2 lid bracket screws on each side of the lid.
- Replace the cooktop and close the lid, reinstall the grease bucket.
- Reattach the regulator hose (do not over-tighten).
