Replacement Steps
Before Performing Any Replacement Steps:
- Turn burner knobs to OFF position, close the propane tank
- Ensure the grill is completely cooled
- Open the lid and remove the cooktop

Remove the screws holding the baffle plate in place.
Pro Tip: IronTop 2-Burner has x4 screws, 4-Burner has x6 screws. - Lift out the old back baffle plate.
- Place the new baffle plate in the grill, lining up the screw holes.
- Replace the screws to secure the plate.
- Replace the cooktop.
- Close the lid.
