Replacement instructions for the auger and auger motor on a portable grill.

Replacing the Auger Motor
Tools needed
- Phillips screwdriver
Replacement Steps
- Open the grill and remove the following 5 screws using a Phillips screwdriver:
- 1 inside grill barrel
- 2 on opposite sides of the hopper
- 2 on the controller
- Push the controller through the opening to inside of the hopper
- Grab the handle inside the barrel and lift up. Lean the contents on the inside of the lid
- Cut the zip ties
- Undo the Molex connector for the red wires
- Remove the screw holding the 2 grounding wires (1 green, 1 green and yellow) in place and unhook grounding wires
- Remove the 4 screws holding the auger motor in place.
- Pull out the auger motor and replace with the new motor.
- Follow the steps in reverse to put grill back together.

Replacement Steps
- Open the grill and remove the following 5 screws using a Phillips screwdriver:

- 2 on the controller

- Grab the handle inside the barrel and lift up. Lean the contents on the inside of the lid
- Cut the zip ties

- Remove the 4 screws holding the auger motor in place.
- Pull out the auger motor and locate the auger pin
- Using small pliers, remove the auger pin and slide the auger out.
- Put the new auger in place and replace the auger pin
- Follow the steps in reverse to put grill back together
