What to do when your Timberline grill detects a low ambient temperature outside.

CAUSE

The grill detects extremely cold ambient conditions.

WHAT DOES THE GRILL DO WHEN THIS ERROR HAPPENS?

The grill continues to cook but at a reduced performance.

WHAT TO DO

This message is for informative purposes, alerting the user that they may see a reduced performance. 

1. Make sure FIRMWARE is up to date.
   

   1. Find the ABOUT GRILL menu option on your controller display, or check this on the Traeger App.

   2. If the message appears when the ambient temperature is not freezing, contact Customer Support.
