Information on 'Error: 0026 Ignitor Error Detected' for Timberline grills.
CAUSE
The ignitor’s voltage does not match the voltage of the power system (ie: 120VAC ignitor is used on a 220VAC power system, or vice versa)
This safety check only runs during grill seasoning. The most common cause of this error is the grill shipping with the wrong ignitor. Using a non-Traeger ignitor could also potentially cause this error.
WHAT DOES THE GRILL DO WHEN THIS ERROR OCCURS?
This is a critical error. The grill will shut down.
