HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON TRAEGER.COM

1. Begin by going to Traeger.com  
2. Start shopping by hovering over the "Shop" tab at the top of the page and making your selection from the dropdown.
3. Add items to the cart by selecting the orange "Add to Cart" button on the desired product page.
   
4. Once you have completed your shopping, click the "Checkout" button to continue. 
   
5. Fill out all the necessary shipping information, then click "Save & Continue."
   
   • Note - If a pop-up saying "Address Suggestion" comes up, please choose "use suggested address" and continue.
     
6. Confirm the Shipping Method, typically $4.99 for Standard Shipping (ships from Traeger warehouse in 3-5 days), by selecting "Go to Billing."
   
   • Note - We only ship nationally and can not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. 
   • Please shop at the Canadian site - Traeger - CANADA for Canadian orders.
     
7. Enter your Payment Method details, including confirming the billing address or adding a new address if needed.
   
   
   • Note - below the billing address is where you would add a Promo Code or Gift Card.
     
   • Click the "+" icon to the left of the Gift Card or Promo Code, add the code and select "Apply."
   • If valid, the code will apply and be visible in the Order Summary to the right. 
     
8. Click "Review Order" at the bottom of the page and continue to the Review page.
9. Now you're almost finished! Review your purchase, confirm all your payment details are correct and click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page.
   
   • Note - if anything needs editing, the edit button is to the right of each field.
     
10. Once you place your order, please do not close the window until AFTER you receive a Traeger confirmation message.
    
    • You should receive an email with confirmation almost immediately but it may take several minutes to come in.
