MOVING TO NEW REGION
Our products are rated and certified for the region you bought them in. We sell products in the regions below:
- US
- Canada
- Europe
For example, if you move to Europe with a grill certified in the US or Canada, the warranty would be void because it's not certified in another country.
D2 GRILLS
D2 grills work in different electric currents, and you can swap out the cords; however, your grill will no longer be in warranty.
If you move to another country, we'll still support your grill, and you can still purchase the necessary parts.
AC GRILLS
AC grills won't function outside of the region they were designed for.
