SHOP CLASS REFUND POLICY

What's in This Article?

Below you will find Traeger's policy regarding refunds for Shop Class: Private Table events. 

  • Refunds must be requested up to 7 days before the event.
  • Refunds can be requested through the Eventbrite website, but be advised that Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable. Refunds may also be requested by emailing shopclass@traegergrills.com.
  • Be aware that refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
  • Please reach out to Traeger Customer Support for any additional questions or concerns.
