Did your Android device give you a message saying, "It Seems that There Are Some Missing Data and We Cannot Proceed. Please Try To Logout and Login again?"
Getting this message means that the access token generated does not match the data provided in the QR Code, so the app returns an error. Because there is a discrepancy in the data, the grill is unsure how to proceed.
First, log out of the app, log in again and attempt to re-pair.
If the error continues, try to clear the app data by following the directions below. This will remove any and all previous app data, and the issue should not persist.
HOW TO CLEAR APP DATA
- On the Traeger app, navigate to Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Select Traeger.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear Data.
