What to do if your Traeger order arrives damaged.


Damaged Product Purchased from

Occasionally products purchased via may come to you having been damaged during shipping. If you believe that an item you received came damaged, please contact Customer Support and we will get you taken care of.


Damaged Product Purchased from a Traeger Dealer

If you purchased product from a Traeger Dealer (e.g. Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Costco, etc.), please contact the dealer for further assistance.

  • NOTE: Customers purchasing product from dealers are subject to that dealer's return policy.

Traeger cannot offer refunds on any products purchased from dealers or any other independent seller, regardless of whether they are brick & mortar or e-commerce.
