Steps to replacing the grease management parts on a Flatrock 2 Zone grill.

Replacing a Flat Top Grill Grease Keg
Follow these steps to replace a flat top grease keg
- Turn burner knobs to OFF, close the propane tank, and disconnect the regulator.
- Slide out the EZ-Clean Grease Keg with keg liner.
- Empty and discard the keg liner. Line the EZ-Clean Grease Keg with a new liner and slide it back into the bracket on the bottom of the Flat Top Grill (you will feel it “drop” into place when installed fully).
Replacing a Flat Top Grill Grease Chute
- Unplug the grill from power, close the propane tank and disconnect the regulator.
- Open the cooktop lid.
- Remove the cooktop.
- Remove the x2 screws on the grease chute
- Pull the grease chute towards you to slide it out.
- Slide the new grease chute into place.
- Replace the x2 screws.
- Replace the cooktop.
- Close the cooktop lid.
Replacing the Grease Keg Front Trim Piece
- Remove the x2 screws underneath the grease keg trim piece.
- Pull the old trim away from the grill.
- Place replacement piece in place.
- Replace the x2 screws underneath the trim.
Replacing the Grease Keg Slide Rail
- Unplug the grill from power, close the propane tank and disconnect the regulator.
- Remove the grease keg front trim piece by removing the x2 screws underneath and pulling it away from the grill (see above for additional information).
- Remove the x4 remaining screws holding the slide rail in place.
- Remove the slide rail and place replacement piece in place.
- Replace the x4 screws.
- Replace the front trim using the x2 screws.
