Leg Replacement Steps

  1. Turn burner knobs to OFF, close the propane tank, and disconnect the regulator.
  2. Remove the propane tank and set it aside.
  3. Open the lid and remove the cooktop.
  4. Remove grease keg.
  5. With the help of another person, rotate the grill upside down.
    • To prevent scratches on the lid, put a blanket or cardboard down.
  6. Remove the x4 caster wheels by turning them counterclockwise until they come out (lock the caster wheel prior to spinning them).
  7. Remove the propane tank retainer by removing the x1 screw and washer and sliding the retainer out.
  8. Remove the x8 screws and washers (2 on each leg) that hold the bottom shelf to the legs.
  9. Pull the bottom shelf off.
  10. Remove the x4 screws & x4 washers on the leg being replaced.

  11. Place the new leg, line up screw holes, and replace x4 screws and washers.
  12. Place the bottom shelf on the legs and replace the x8 screws and washers (2 on each leg).
  13. Replace the caster wheels by turning them clockwise until they are fully in (lock the caster wheels before doing this step).

  14. Replace the propane tank retainer by sliding it in and replacing the x1 screw and washer.

  15. With the help of another person, turn the grill upright.
  16. Replace the cooktop and the grease keg.
  17. Replace the propane tank.
  18. Reattach the regulator hose to the propane tank.

Caster Wheel Replacement Steps

  1. Turn burner knobs to OFF, close the propane tank, and disconnect the regulator.

  6. Remove the caster wheel by turning it counterclockwise until it comes out (lock the caster wheel prior to spinning it).
  7. Replace the caster wheel by turning it clockwise until its fully in. Lock the caster wheel before doing this step.

  9. Replace the cooktop and the grease keg.
  10. Replace the propane tank.
  11. Reattach the regulator hose to the propane tank.
