Symptoms
- Missing pixels
- Pixels missing from the bottom of the screen
- Pixels are shifted- top of the display is mismatched from the bottom of the display
What to Do

Check the connection points to the controller:
- Turn off and unplug the grill from power.
- Open the hopper lid and remove the x2 screws from the controller trim, keeping the controller installed in the trim.
- Remove x2 screws from the lower portion of the controller trim at the front of the grill.
- Carefully lift up the controller and trim belt, then check the wiring harness connections on the back of the controller.
- Place the controller and trim assembly onto the grill, making sure that all the wires are tucked in the cavity behind the controller.
- Attach the controller trim to the grill using 2x 1/4-20 X 1/2" screws inside the hopper and 2x 1/4-20 X 1/2" screws on the outside below the controller (4x total).
- For the Woodridge Elite grill:
- Turn off and unplug the grill from power.
- Below the controller, remove the 4 screws from the filler panel and set the panel aside.
- Open the hopper lid and remove the x2 screws from the controller trim, keeping the controller installed in the trim.
- Remove x2 screws from the lower portion of the controller trim at the front of the grill.
- Carefully lift up the controller and trim belt, then check the wiring harness connections on the back of the controller.
- Place the controller and trim assembly onto the grill, making sure that all the wires are tucked in the cavity behind the controller.
- Attach the controller trim to the grill using 2x 1/4-20 X 1/2" screws inside the hopper and 2x 1/4-20 X 1/2" screws on the outside below the controller (4x total).
- Reattach the filler panel below the controller using the four screws.

- Try this at least twice
