What causes the error?
Grill was attempting to download an OTA, but the download failed.
Symptoms
Controller shows a swirling animation screen, and then displays a red X.

What to do
Turn off the power to your grill for 30 seconds and then power back on.
- If the maximum number of OTA retries has not elapsed, another OTA update should start, and the OTA should succeed.
- This will be indicated by a green checkmark, followed by the grill rebooting.
- If it doesn't succeed and the red X is still showing on the screen, or the OTA update does not begin on the next power cycle, contact customer service for support.
