Replacing a Flat Top Grill Grease Keg

Follow these steps to replace a flat top grease keg:

  1. Unplug the grill from power, close the propane tank and disconnect the regulator.
  2. Slide out the EZ-Clean Grease Keg with keg liner.

  3. Empty and discard the keg liner. Line the EZ-Clean Grease Keg with a new liner and slide it back into the bracket on the bottom of the Flat Top Grill (you will feel it “drop” into place when installed fully).

Replacing a Flat Top Grill Grease Chute

  1. Unplug the grill from power, close the propane tank and disconnect the regulator.
  2. Open the cooktop lid.
  3. Remove the cooktop.
  4. Grip the grease chute and pull it straight up. It should slide out.

  5. Get new grease chute, and line up the tabs as you drop it into place.

  6. Replace the cooktop.
  7. Close the cooktop lid.

 

Replacing the Grease Keg Front Trim Piece

  1. Remove the old grease keg front trim piece by pulling it away from the grill
  2. Snap the replacement piece in place.
