The steps outlined in the videos here will help walk you through replacing your Traeger WiFIRE grill's induction fan (KIT0481, KIT0411).

Replacing an Induction Fan on a Pro 575 & Pro 780
- Power off and unplug the grill.
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the access panel from the bottom of the hopper.
- Cut the zip ties holding the cables.
- Using the Phillips screwdriver, remove 4 screws that hold the controller in place.
- Unplug fan from controller and remove fan with Phillips screwdriver.
- Install a new fan and plug it into the controller.
- Replace the controller.
- Add zip ties to keep wires organized and away from the fan.
- Reinstall the hopper access panel.
- Plug in the grill and start Traegering!
Replacing an Induction Fan on an Ironwood 650 & 885 & Timberline 850 & 1300
- Power off and unplug the grill.
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the access panel from the bottom of the hopper.
- Cut the zip ties holding the cables together.
- Using the Phillips screwdriver, remove the 4 screws that hold the controller in place.
- Unplug the fan from controller.
- Use the Phillips screwdriver to uninstall the old fan, and install the new fan.
- Plug the fan into the controller.
- Reinstall the controller.
- Add zip ties to keep wires organized and away from the fan.
- Reinstall the hopper access panel.
- Plug the grill back in and turn on.
